Aeris Körper Annual Summer Intensive ONLINE

Join us for our Annual Summer Intensive online! Set aside time for you to focus on YOU. This intensive training course will bring you into your body, hone kinaesthetic awareness and ignite the senses in a bath of imagery and exploration. Based in somatics, Aeris Körper works to create a space where all bodies are accepted so that we can each find joy and compassion for our physical being. We recommend the intensive to anyone seeking sensory based invitations to explore the intersections between mind and body.

GMD will be offering Zoom classes on a regular basis, beginning July 7.
Classes will consist of a warm-up and, also, a choreographed/combo-for-a-small-space element at the end, making class a little longer and a little different.Dates- Tuesdays and Thursdays, for the months of July and August will be taught by Johanna Bergfelt, Bonnie Kim, Louis Laberge-Côté and Darryl Tracy
with special guests on some Wednesdays, TBA
