For Immediate Release TORONTO (October 14, 2016) - 509 Dance Collective and Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre have been offering affordable studio rental in the city for many years and will now be offering last minute studio rentals at a discounted rate!
How to receive the discounted rate:
State-of the art Dance Studio equipped with 3 full size studios. Located in the Bathurst and Steeles area of Thornhill.
Studio space is available to rent throughout the year. Perfect for dance lessons, yoga, Zumba, pilates and other fitness classes!
Studio Dimensions:
-Studio 1: 30’ x 90’
-Studio 2: 30’ x 90’
-Studio 3: 30’ x 70’
*the size of the studio available is dependent on the time date and time of the rental
Each studio is equipped with:
-ROSCOE professional floating floors
-floor to ceiling mirrors
OUR STUDIOS
Dancemakers Centre for Creation is available to rent for rehearsals, workshops, classes, filming, photo-shoots and performances. We have two beautiful studios, both with sprung floors, modern sound systems, plenty of natural light and independent climate controls. Both spaces are wheelchair accessible, with freight elevator access from 15 Case Goods Lane.
Right in the heart of Little India, we have a beautiful large room which is used for dance, yoga, and Toronto Tabla Ensemble rehearsals. We would love to see it used more often, and would like to open it up to others to offer their classes or rehearsals, workshops etc.
Details:
Approx 25' x 18' with mirror on the long side, hardwood floors.
We do not allow shoes in this room.
Cost is $30 per hour, for longer term we can negotiate rates.
Street car in front of the door, street parking.
Dance Studio available for rent or sublease.
The studio space includes two dance studios, waiting and viewing area and two washrooms.
Both studios are equipped with sprung wooden floors, sound systems and independent climate controls.

I am a dancer and have a small Victorian home to share right at the Summerhill Subway Stop. I have 2 bedrooms available to rent out. The rental would also inlcude studio space for rehearsals and choreographic sessions if needed. There is a shared bathroom.
Bedrooms are $850 each all inclusive and includes use of the entire house.
The rental would be for September 2016 - June 2017
