Knowledge Dance Company - Audition

Knowledge is seeking professional Male & Female Contemporary artists age 18 & up for their 2018 Launch.

** PAID Company**

Dancers will train with some of the best instructors as they work towards the development of a full contemporary show choreographed by Chris Knowles in Summer 2018.

Dancers must be comfortable in technical training, contact work and have an open mind and heart as they connect movement to emotions along the way.

Please come to auditions in full black dance attire and provide headshot and resume for consideration.

Affinity Dance Arts in Guelph is looking to hire a Break Dancing/Pop & Lock instructor for an 8 week session.

The 8 week session runs from Wednesday, January 17th until Wednesday, March 7 from 5:45-6:30pm. This new class is for recreational students ages 7+.  This will be the first time we are offering Break Dancing at our studio!!

​We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable person who works well with children of all levels!

Hourly wage and travel are 100% negotiable. 

The assistant manager’s responsibilities are to oversee the smooth functionality of the storefront and to assist customers in all aspects of their visit at the store. This can include:

Looking to hire IMMEDIATELY a dance teacher with experience in Tap, Creative and Jazz to younger students aged 5-13. Additional experience in teaching Ballet and Adult classes for the New Year program a huge bonue!  Hourly wage negotiable. Classes are at present on Monday nights only, 4th and 11th December, then continuing on 1-3 weekday evenings per week from January onwards. Opportunity to work additionally at camps or run individual workshops available if interested. Will consider all experience levels of teaching. This is great opportunity for a younger dance teacher starting out!

This opportunity is available to artists who, at minimum, have completed a professional training program or equivalent. Post-secondary students are encouraged to apply with written permission from their academic institution.

Proposed works must be between 3 and 10 minutes in length, and may contain elements of any genre. Artists must be fully available from May 21stto May 26th, 2018 for technical rehearsals and performances.

Footprints Dance Centre is growing quickly! We are in need of a well-rounded dance instructor to teach additional classes on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings.
