DanceWeekend21’ (April 29th-May2nd) is fast approaching, and we couldn’t be more excited to see the dance world come together.

 

Of course, coming together this year looks a little different than it did in years past. For the first time ever, the event will be entirely virtual.

 

Harriet Chung Performing Arts in Stouffville is looking to hire a Ballet teacher for the 2021/22 season beginning in September.  (15min North of Markham / 15min East of 404 - Richmond Hill)   

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable teaching beginner-level to intermediate-level ballet.  

Weeknight teaching is needed and possibly some weekend teaching.

An ability to teach other styles will be an asset but not mandatory.

Milton/Halton Hills Studio Hiring RAD Ballet Teacher for 2021/22 Season

Goddards Studio for Dance and the Performing Arts is looking to hire an RAD certified ballet teacher for the 2021/22 season beginning in September. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable teaching a range of ages. Saturday availability is needed, as well as other weeknight teaching opportunities can be coordinated. An ability to teach other styles as well is an asset but not necessary.

Cambridge Dance Studio Hiring Competitive Level Teacher

Element Dance Arts, located in Cambridge, is looking to hire an expereinced and enthusiastic competitive level jazz, lyrical and contemporary teacher for the 2021/22 season beginning in September. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable and versatile teaching competitive level technique classes to a range of ages micro mini to senior. Weeknight available is a must, competitive choreography may also be a possibility. A post-secondary education in dance, or other dance teacher certifications are considered an asset but are not mandatory.

The Oakville Academy for the Arts is looking to hire a well-rounded recreational dance teacher for the 2021/22 season beginning in September. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable and versatile teaching a range of ages and styles, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop. We have teaching opportunities on the weekend, as well as some weeknight teaching opportunities can be coordinated. A post-secondary education in dance, or other dance teacher certifications are considered an asset.
