MOVING MEDITATION with Denise Fujiwara - through Zoom
If you would like to experience the benefits of meditation, but you’ve done enough sitting (in front of a screen) and you’d prefer to stretch out and move, this might be something for you.
In these sessions we develop a mindful movement practice that facilitates awareness, embodied presence, agility and creativity.
