If you would like to experience the benefits of meditation, but you’ve done enough sitting (in front of a screen) and you’d prefer to stretch out and move, this might be something for you.

In these sessions we develop a mindful movement practice that facilitates awareness, embodied presence, agility and creativity.

Ground Ignite Aim Unite is our newest online series. Sundays in October we should spend together. So here's how!

Come dance in this 4-week series of movement exploration led by Bonnie Kim, Lisa Emmons and Mayumi Lashbrook. With assistance from mentee Leilani Bowery. We'll be in Zoom land from 10-3pm every Sunday in October and we hope to meet you there!

EXUDE training module launched in January 2020 as a place for emerging dancers to gather and train. Although we can’t gather in studio together yet due to COVID-19 restrictions - let’s come together - online - to continue training, and keep connected with each other.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative dance conditioning program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon in Australia. This training system develops a dancer’s muscle memory to improve their core stability, weight placement and alignment, as well as over-all strength and control. Dancers perform exercises using a fitness ball or resistance band. The tools give the dancer immediate feedback on their alignment while training specific muscle groups and coordinations required for ballet and other dance forms.
