Join the U GOT DANCE team, Ontario's leading mobile dance studio, bringing high energy dance instruction to children in schools and childcare centres.
Teach Hip Hop, Breakdance, Bollywood and/or African-Caribbean to youngsters, pre-school to high school.
Teaching locations throughout Southern Ontario, including Oshawa, Toronto, Hamilton, north to Barrie.
Car is preferable, but not essential.

o BFA or BA in Dance/Movement or Theatre Performance or equivalent training (MFA an asset)
o 3-5 years teaching experience with elementary school ages children (7 - 11 years old) - (B.Ed an asset)
o Ability to teach a variety of styles - hip hop/jazz/ballet/African and other cultural dances.
o Proven track record of reliability and professionalism
o Criminal Background Check is required at the cost of the applicant (form will be provided)
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Experience working with school administrations an asset
o Experience working in a leadership capacity with children, volunteers and teacher candidates.
o Ability to manage group dynamics and to work with a team
o Ability to remain flexible and accommodating in changing situations.
